NKANA Independent Member of Parliament, Binwell Mpundu, has made a passionate appeal for unity following the United States government’s decision to halt all USAID-funded programmes for the next 85 days.
Mr Mpundu has expressed deep concern about the impact the suspension would have on the country, especially on people living with HIV and AIDS, and others dependent on U.S. sponsored projects.
