MUMBI Phiri the former PF deputy secretary general has denied ever spreading information that she found Mike Mposha, the Green Economy and Environment with pre-marked ballot papers.
The Daily Nation did not speak to Mr Mposha as his phone was off but some media reports suggest that he has threatened to take legal action against Ms Phiri.
Ms Phiri spent nearly two years in a Correctional Facility in Mongu on a murder charge before being released by the State on a nolle prosequi.
