MPIKA Central Member of Parliament Francis Kapyanga, has revealed that only 11 members of Parliament, out of the 156, were involved in adopting the national budget.
The Appropriation Bill, which represents the national budget, has passed its second reading in Parliament, effectively meaning it has been adopted.
Lunte Member of Parliament, Mr. Mutotwe Kafwaya, explained that only one Member of Parliament was given the opportunity to debate the national budget during the process.
