MASSBREED Investments Zambia limited has contested the application by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to forfeit its truck estimated value of US$62,000, listed among the tainted property belonging to businessman, Francis Muchemwa.
In this matter, the Anti-Corruption Commission applied to the Economic and Financial Crimes Court, to have K13 million worth seized properties belonging to party cadre, Muchemwa, Alias, Commander 2, forfeited to the State. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
