EXPELLED Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa’s cohort, Morgan Ng’ona has been told to abort his schemes to instigate Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti to unconstitutionally declare the Bangweulu parliamentary seat vacant on false grounds that the incumbent Legislator Anthony Kasandwe has allegedly resigned.
Mr Ng’ona, masquerading as the Patriotic Front (PF) secretary general has written to Speaker Mutti demanding that the Bangweulu seat be declared vacant, because according to him, Mr Kasandwe has purportedly resigned. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
