THE Lusaka Magistrate Court has committed Patriotic Front (PF) Secretary General, Raphael Nakacinda to the High court in a matter he is charged with espionage.
When the matter came up for mention yesterday, State prosecutor, Lewis Loti informed the court that consent from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) was ready to commit the accused to the High Court. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
