THE Banker’s Association of Zambia (BAZ) has disclosed that over 99, 000 Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have accessed about K2 billion in financial support from lending institutions as at the third quarter of 2023, despite the fiscal changes that have been undertaken by government.
BAZ chief executive officer Leonard Mwanza says this has also resulted in enhanced relations with SMEs, who have remained a key stakeholder in the country’s economic progression. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
