Finance and National Planning Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane must resign on moral grounds for incompetence, Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile says.
Mr Mundubile said it was clear that Dr Musokotwane would not be able to collect meaningful taxes from the mines.
He said the behaviour of the minister showed that he was protecting investors at the expense of Zambians.
