FORMER President Edgar Lungu has declined a last minute invitation by the Royal Establishment in Eastern Province to attend this year’s Nc’wala traditional ceremony after he was earlier sked not to attend because the traditional leadership felt his attendance would be toxic in the presence of President Hakainde Hichilema.
But after it was reported that President Hichilema would not be in Mutenguleni for the Nc’wala as he was scheduled to attend the funeral of late Namibian President Hage Geingob, who died two weeks ago, the Royal Establishment decided to crawl back to former President Lungu to ask for his presence
