MUFUMBWE Member of Parliament Elliot Kamondo has described the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) as a game changer for youths in the constituency.

Mr. Kamondo said through CDF, many youths have accessed empowerment through skills development and grants which was difficult to access in the previous regime.
Mr. Kamondo said it was regrettable that despite Mufumbwe being one of the biggest constituencies in the country, it lacked in development and job opportunities for the youth.
He said so far, classrooms and a clinic have been constructed through CDF which is a clear indication of the government’s commitment to taking development to rural parts of the country.
Mr. Kamondo advised Zambians, especially the opposition, to begin to see the significance of CDF as it brings the government closer to the people.
