LUSAKA City Council deputy Mayor Ketty Nanyangwe yesterday usurped the mayoral authority of her boss, Mayor Chilando Chitangala and overturned a decision approving a request by the Patriotic Front (PF) to clean up the Central Business District (CBD) in the wake of the cholera scourge that has so far claimed more than 290 lives in the last four weeks.
