MORE than K45, 000 is to be spent on the construction of a shelter and benches at the National Registration Department so that those waiting to be issued with the National Registration Cards (NRCs) do not get soaked by the rain during the rainy season and getting scorched by the heat of the sun during the hot season, Kitwe Deputy Mayor Felix Malasha has announced.
