CHIEF Justice Mumba Malila SC has summoned High Court Judges and all the lawyers presiding and handling the Patriotic Front (PF) wrangles in which expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa installed himself as purported president of the former ruling party through an illegal convention.
