CHIEF Justice Dr Mumba Malila SC has rejected a petition by lawyers representing the Patriotic Front (PF) to constitute a panel of three High Court Judges to preside over a matter in which the former ruling party is challenging the legality of the Miles Sampa’s convention from which he had installed himself as president.
