Lawywers representing the PF, Makebi Zulu and Jonas Zimba of Makebi Zulu Advocates have argued before High Court Judge Situmbeko Chocho that the failure by the court to restore the injunction would tilt the balance of convenience in favour of Mr Sampa who held an illegal conference to install himself as purported president of the former ruling party.
