LUSAKA Senior Resident Magistrate, Irene Wishimanga yesterday ruled that the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) should take up the prosecution in the matter involving former Foreign Affairs Minister Joseph Malanji and former Secretary to the Treasury Fredson Yamba if the state continues to drag the case.
