A DISPUTE between Senegalese emeralds owned giant, Grizzly Mining Limited and Stanley Kakubo could have been the cause a fallout between Zhang Lianan, the owner of Lianan Mining Company and the former Foreign Affairs Minister resulting into Mr Zhang demanding US$893, 000 refund and the surrendering of the luxurious Mercedes Benz X Class car within 48 hours.
