BEENE Hachoombwa, has challenged the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to immediately institute investigations against former Foreign Affairs and International Relations Minister Stanley Kakubo for corruptly receiving about US$200, 000 and a Mercedes Benz motor vehicle in circumstances that smack of corruption.
