THE Patriotic Front (PF) has filled a certificate of urgency in the High Court seeking an order that would restrain expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa from expelling Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brain Mundubile for failing to recognize him as president of the former ruling party.
