A WITNESS in the former First Lady Esther Lungu motor vehicle theft case has told the Lusaka magistrate court that it was Chief Monokalia Mukuni of the Toka Leya people of Livingstone gifted her with more than K1 million to buy the house in Libala which is said to have been grabbed by the former First Lady.
