THE Judiciary is now in disarray after five Constitutional Court Judges recused themselves from presiding over an appeal case involving the Kabushi and Kwacha Constituencies by-elections from which Bowman Lusambo and Joseph Malanji were barred from participating even after the courts had adjudged them eligible, George Mpombo has said.
