GOVERNMENT is to lose a whooping US$7.8 million in the secret single-sourced fertilizer tender, which was secretly opened yesterday following the cancellation, reinstatement and cancellation again of a tender for the supply of Urea fertilizer for the 2023/2024 farming season.
