JAILED former Ministry of Health human resource officer Henry Kapoko’s properties will remain forfeited to the State after the Economic and Financial Crimes Court dismissed his application seeking judicial review of the decision by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to hand over his properties to various government ministries and departments.
