HARRY Kalaba has demanded that Government should explain how Osward Diangamo, one of the six Zambia suspects in the raging gold and US$5.6 million heist discharged from the offence of espionage on a nolle prosequi while his fellow Zambian co-accused have been committed to the High Court for the same offence.
