A WITNESS for the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has testified that there was no Government contract that Given Lubinda could have benefitted from in a case the Patriotic Front (PF) vice president has been dragged to court for allegedly being in possession of properties suspected to be proccedds of crime.
