CHIMWEMWE Member of Parliament (MP) Allen Banda has submitted a budget to the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation which will enable the Ministry, through Nkana Water Supply and Sanitation Company (NWSC) to address the water challenges in Chimwemwe, Buntungwa, Kamatipa, Itimpi and Kawama Wards respectively.
