A ZAMBIAN diplomat to Brazil, Cornelius Mulenga commonly known as Chellah Tukuta has blasted Cabinet Ministers and Permanent Secretaries for failing to defend President Hakainde Hichilema, warning that they shall all be fired sooner than later should the UPND lose power in the next general elections.
