SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti has ordered Situmbeko Musokotwane, the Minister of Finance and National Plannig to deliver a ministerial statement next Tuesday to explain how the K65 million that was forfeited to the state from Ms Faith Musonda by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) was disbursed without Parliament approval.
