The Patriotic Front (PF) has described as reckless, irresponsible and regionally unbalanced the distribution of the 70 motor vehicles procured through the Constituency Development Funds (CDF) out of which, 56 shall be delivered to the UPND controlled Municipalities in Southern and Western Provinces.
