ECONOMIC Front (EF) president, Wynter Kabimba has told his Zambia Must Prosper (ZMP) counterpart Kelvin Bwalya Fube commonly known as KBF, that the two political parties should put their past differences aside to save the country from the imprudent leadership of the UPND.
Mr Kabimba said the two parties have a common goal of saving Zambia from President Hakainde Hichilema’s leadership, which is based on tribalism.
Mr Kabimba said opposition political party collaboration is the only way to kick out the new dawn administration in 2026.
“What happened in the past must be buried in the past, we must now begin to forge ahead. We have one country and that country is being ruined by one man in the name of HH.
And we shall be irresponsible to allow him to ruin this country because of our petty, petty differences in the past,” he said.
And Mr Bwalya said, the two political parties will return to the grassroots to provide credible leadership to Zambians.
He has clarified that talks on the possibility of forming an opposition alliance are ongoing behind closed doors.
