PLANS to have Dick Sichembe, the Auditor General arrested and scuttle an audit report for the 18 months of the UPND in government have been heightened with the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) being used to scandalise Zambia’s fourth Auditor General since independence, Brian Mundubile has said.
