Dear Editor,
YOUNG Africans across the continent must all rise up to the occasion, and provide key putative leadership skills and foster sound political calibre, with a deep sense of accountability, professional and transparent.
Today, owing to the fact that the potential with the continent is aggressively poised for an exponential economic growth, the African states however are calling for fresh blood and this has remained as a strong hope in view and as a fundamental basis in building up of the African economies.
I therefore, challenge young people of today to take full advantage of their ages and strength, as you’re a huge profile of a larger demographic divided who should aim at acquiring necessary business and political governance knowledge through available education.
You should also try by all means to pursue democratic tenets alongside the pursuit of economic freedom, leadership and sociopolitical governance.
In Africa, this goes to say that even when it comes to the potential sectors such as agriculture, we also have some wrong notions that we can only come into farming activities late in life.
This is when someone does not have the energy balance required to drive profitable cultivations from the agriculture sector.
KELVIN CHISANGA.
Youthful power, advantageous element for leadership!
