Police in Lusaka have charged PF chairperson for Publicity and media Raphael Nakacinda with the offence of defamation of the President.
Mr. Nakacinda has since been released from Chelstone Police Station where he spent a night on Police Bond.
He will appear in court on Tuesday December 21, 2021.
