Mweetwa’s raids justification irks PF
By SIMON MUNTEMBAUPND spokesperson, Cornelius Mweetwa’s justification that there is nothing wrong with the raids and searches on PF members and people associated with former President Edgar Lungu by security wings has angered, the Patriotic Front.PF vice president, Given Lubinda said it was regrettable that the UPND’s spokesperson could tell the nation that there was nothing wrong with the unfair raids on PF officials and innocent people associated with President Lungu on account that they were in power and in charge of public resources.He said in a statement that Mr Mweetwa’s statements should be condemned by all Zambians who cherished and wanted to protect the country’s democracy.“Such reckless statements should be condemned by all the Zambians who cherish and want to protect our country’s democracy.
