IT is not right to have a creative industry and a ministry of youth, led by a new PS without civil service experience together with a minister who is a former chairman of Chisokone market.
I salute President Hakainde Hichilema, he said under the new Dawn government we must feel free to advise our leadership.
This is not right Mr President, It is not right.
Mr. President, your government has been mislead, there is no government on earth that can mix art, and sports.
The entire America has developed because of investing millions of dollars in film and other arts disciplines.
It is sad I thought the new Dawn government would appoint government officials on their expertise. The opposite is the order of the day.
I am sad to say who ever decided to take the Arts to the ministry of Youth and Sport deserves an Award.
Mr President your government cannot afford to make such mistakes. It is to early, I therefore urge you to take back art to Tourism.
I know you are “a village boy ‘ and you Mr President know even villages have organized structures, there is no way, one can erect a kraal near a river bank. But this is what UPND has done to the arts. Sir, it is not right.
It is not late, take back the Arts to tourism.
Time to act is now, Mr President.
