Help me find out from Mr Chishimba Kambwili why he has decided to apologize to the people of Southern Province this time round? Is it because he has been ditched by the PF and now plans to run to UPND for sympathy?
It should serve a lesson to him and many others not insult a crocodile before they cross a river.
