I don’t think Zambians are against HIV testing. But why the heck make it compulsory? Will it alter anything what with already shortage of ARVS for children? I think this is a priority in reverse. This government has better things to do like mending the economy so that the living standards of people rise to absorb ARVs. What is the point of gving ARVs to people who are starving?
