LUSAKA Mayor Wilson Kalumba should not resign. It is well known that it was President Sata (MHSRIP) who allowed vendors to be trading in streets after they voted for the Patriotic Front in 2011. What do you expect a Mayor to do when the problem is beyond his capacity?
