From the silence of UPND top leadership, it confirms my fears that this is the party sponsoring acts of sabotage. Their spokesperson in London Larry Mweetwa has already confirmed this and that is why the top leadership of UPNDF is totally shamed to say anything about this state of affairs in the country.
