Why courts should not be abused. If a woman has decided to commit adultery and she is openly seen in public with the new man, will it be in order for her if she is divorced to go to court and say she is still committed to the first marriage? I was wondering why Kambwili has gone to court after the divorce when the public is aware that he is committing adultery with UPND, can we spare out courts from straight forward cases.
