KAWAMBWA Central PF MP Nickson Chilangwa has implored the people in his constituency to remain loyal to Government and President Edgar Lungu because of the unprecedented development being delivered in the area.
Speaking when he toured the constituency, Mr Chilangwa said the constituency had received a fair share of development.
“This masterpiece (Kawambwa General Hospital which is under construction) you have seen here is one of the many projects being done across Kawambwa.
“We have so far commissioned a good number of clinics which now open to the public. Campaigns are far away but we are busy working. We are doing the Mwenda-Kawambwa – Mulwe and the Kawambwa – Mporokoso roads. Township roads are also coming,” Mr. Chilangwa said.
Mr. Chilangwa further said it was gratifying to note that despite the hospital not yet open to the public, the residents were celebrating ownership.
And Kawambwa District Commissioner Ivo Mpasa said he was proud to serve at the time Kawambwa was developing and growing at a faster rate.
Mr. Mpasa said the new hospital would change the face of Kawambwa as a town because of its great size and beauty.
And Kawambwa Town Council Chairman Kalumba Chifumbe said the hospital would campaign for the PF in 2021 as there would be no need to conduct campaigns.
