By NATION REPORTER THE ‘deliberate’ failure and refusal by the Judiciary to quickly resolve the Patriotic Front (PF) matters has continued to create tension in the country and the Chief Justice Dr Mumba Malila has been challenged to step in and ensure the matters are resolved for the sake of democracy. Sakwiba Sikota SC has said Chief Justice Dr Malila should have ensured that the Judiciary quickly dealt with the PF cases and protect democracy, which has been put under threat as a result of alleged external interference.
