By NATION REPORTER TWO lecturers and directors of Builders Village Limited, Brenda Bukuwa and Sam Sichilalu, have been convicted and fined K8,500 each for offering architectural services without certification from the Zambia Institute of Architects (ZIA). Bukuwa and Sichilalu admitted to offering architectural services without registration. When asked why they had not register Builders Village Limited with ZIA, they claimed not to have knowledge of a requirement for registration.
