By BARNABAS ZULU THE Zambia Correctional Service has dismissed claims that blogger Francis Kapwepwe, also known as “Why Me,” has been killed in Livingstone Prison, asserting that he is alive. Human rights activist Pumulo Situmbeko has raised concerns about Mr Kapwepwe’s well-being, highlighting that he has been in prison for several months without being released or appearing in court.
