By BARNABAS ZULU NASON Msoni, leader of the All People’s Congress (APC), has issued a stark warning to the United Party for National Development (UPND), suggesting that the political landscape in Zambia is on the brink of change similar to that seen in Botswana. Mr Msoni pointed to Botswana’s recent election of Duma Gideon Boko, who took over from President Mokgwetsi Masisi after his party, the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP), completed a single term. “The assertion by the UPND government that the winds of change blowing in neighbouring countries will not affect them is tantamount to living in a fool’s paradise,” he said.
