By LUCY PHIRISICK Chishimba Kambwili who could only manage to use a wheel chair was yesterday arrested after Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa withdrew as his surety in a matter he is charged with a Lusaka businessman Charles Chisanga Kakula for unlawful assembly and hate speech.When the matter came up for continuation of trial yesterday at the Lusaka Magistrate Court, Mr Sampa informed the court that he wanted to recuse himself as a surety due to his busy schedule.Mr. Sampa said due to pressure of his work and travelling to other countries as a member of the Pan African Parliament, he could not manage standing as a surety CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
