EMMANUEL Banda’s complaint against Jean Chisenga, the Mambilima Patriotic Front legislator, which has seen her suspended from Parliament for 30 days is a result of sour grapes after she rejected a love proposal from the Muchinga Independement lawmaker, it has been disclosed.
