By NATION REPORTER THE by-elections were a sham because there was a conspiracy between the UPND and Electoral Commission of Zambia to bar the PF to participate, party Secretary General Raphael Nakachinda said.Mr Nakacinda said the PF was disnfranchised in the just ended by-elections and as such no one could take them seriously.“They had attempted not to allow us to participate, so we were getting in these elections when there was a serious scheme to bar us,“ he said.Mr Nakachinda said any one could see what was transpiring in the just ended by-elections.In an interview, he said the UPND were determined to ensure that the PF were out of the race and during the voting day they did everything to disadvantage the PF.“Those results are not true because the ECZ were doing things to please the UPND,” he said.
