UPND is an incompetent government, which wants to save its face by blaming the Patriotic Front (PF) for its failures, opposition Patriotic Front (PF) Copperbelt media director Munalula Moola has said. Mr Moola said the UPND had realised that it was losing the support of the majority Zambians at a fast rate and has resorted to inventing excuses such as consistently blaming the PF for its monumental failures.
