OVER 10, 000 farmers in Kabwe have not received Urea fertiliser under the 2021/2022 Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP), District Agricultural Coordinator, Chishimba Mubanga has disclosed.Dr Mubanga in an interview in Kabwe said he could only provide expert information because the matter has been escalated to the Ministry of Agriculture Headquarters in Lusaka.He disclosed that by last Wednesday the district had a deficit of 17, 500 X 50 kilograms bags of Urea fertiliser.“I can’t tell you where we are because I am too small. You may wish to know that the issue has been escalated to the ministry level.
